Choose Auto Pay to have your rent deducted automatically each month and never have to worry about being late again!


Payment Terms & Due Dates: Your rent is due on the first of each month. A late fee of $15.00 on past due rent will be assessed after the 7th of the month. Making your payment in a timely manner is your responsibility. 


  • PAYING RENT

    We do not send monthly statements, it is your responsibility to pay your storage rent on time. 


    ALL rent is due on the 1st of the month. Payments that are not postmarked by the 7th of the month will incur a $15.00 late fee. Any returned checks will be assessed a $35 returned check fee. An annual interest rate of 18% will be applied to all past due balances over 30 days. Failure to pay rent by the 16th of the month constitutes a default in your contract. Any customer that have more than 2 lock out notifications will be evicted.  It may take up to 48 hours to unlock a unit after payment is made.

  • How do I pay my monthly bill?

    We have 3 convenient options, pay online with Visa, Mastercard or Discover. Pay by mail. Set up AutoPay and your monthly payment will automatically withdraw on the 1st. We also take payments from your check account, savings account or debit card

  • Am I renting month-to-month?

    All of our storage contracts are month-to-month with a 2 month minimum. We have a 20 day written notice requirement for you when you decide to vacate your unit.

  • Is there a discount if I prepay?

    We offer 50% off one month rent if you prepay 12 months. We also offer 25% off one month if you prepay 6 months.

  • Payment Info

    For your convenience, we offer three ways to pay your monthly bill. Checking or savings account or by debit card. Feel free to use the option that best matches your personal preference.

  • Choose AutoPay and never worry about late fees again!

    Once set up, we will debit your, Visa®, MasterCard® or Discover® when your bill is due each month. 


    Payment Terms and Due Dates:

    Received dates are definitive and determined by U.S. Mail postmark,

    Mailing your payments in a timely manner is your responsibility.

  • VACATING YOUR STORAGE SPACE

    We would appreciate a 30-day notice when you decide to vacate your unit. A MINIMUM of 20 days’ notice is required to have your deposit refunded.


    On your scheduled move-out day, simply remove your lock and make sure the unit is completely emptied of all contents, and sweep out the space with a broom.  Let us know when this is completed. If items or debris are left behind, you will be charged a cleaning fee.
